Patricia White, Chief Executive Officer
Formerly the Division Marketing Manager of Hewlett-Packard’s Cardiology Division,
Patricia White’s experience includes overall marketing
responsibility for the $100 million cardiology business. Previously,
White also had overall marketing responsibility for the $400
million personal computer business and managed a $10 million
marketing consulting organization. Her experience includes international
and R&D program management responsibility. White earned her
M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Bill Ferenczy, Vice President
of Sales and Marketing
Formerly the Vice President of Marketing at Biosite Incorporated, Ferenczy
led and directed the worldwide marketing effort for the full Biosite product
line. His experiences include multiple director positions with General Medical
Corporation and Abbott Laboratories. Ferenczy has 25 years of healthcare sales,
marketing and manufacturing management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree
from University of Notre Dame.
Peter Bauer, Vice President
of Engineering
Peter Bauer held multiple Director positions at BIOTRONIK, including
product development, project
management, electronics and software design, and product validation.
Bauer began working in the biomedical industry in 1995 after working
many years in several research facilities in Europe in the area of
solid state physics, surface science, and nanotechnology. Bauer holds
a master’s of science and Ph.D. in Physics from the University
of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.
Peter Galen, Chief Technology
Officer
Formerly
the Division R&D
Manager of Hewlett-Packard’s Cardiology Division, Peter Galen
is one of the world’s foremost technical experts in electrocardiography
and cardiac monitoring. He was also instrumental in setting up HP
manufacturing in China. Galen received a master’s degree in
electrical engineering from the University of Washington.
Edward Wholihan, Chief Financial Officer
and
Vice President of Business Development
Edward Wholihan formerly
served as Chief Financial Officer
and Vice President of Business Development for Preview Systems, Inc.,
an infrastructure software and services company, where he helped
grow Preview from a start-up venture through an initial public offering
to the eventual sale of the company. Prior to Preview, Wholihan was
with McKinsey & Company for seven years, where he focused on
advising Fortune 500 technology companies on strategic and operating
issues. He holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
