December 2005 Inovise Medical sponsors its first Webcast titled, "Improving Your Diagnostic Accuracy for Heart Failure in the Emergency Department," presented by Frank Peacock IV, MD, FACEP, Vice Chief for Research in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH.

November 2005 Inovise Medical receives 510(k) clearance for its Extended Measurement System.

November 2005 Original clinical research involving digitally-detected third heart sounds was presented by Dr. Sanjiv Shah at the American Association of Cardiologists of Indian Origin (AACIO) held during the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions 2005 held in Dallas, TX.

October 2005 Nihon Kohden features AUDICOR® at the Japanese Society of Electrocardiology in Toyama, Japan.

October 2005 Inovise Medical, Inc. to Present at Medtech Insight’s “Investment in Innovation” Boston Conference, Boston, MA.

October 2005 Inovise Medical participates in interactive panel discussion on Partnering Opportunities in Cardiovascular Service at The Annual Corazon Conference, Baltimore, Maryland.

September 2005 Nihon Kohden launches AUDICOR® at the Japanese College of Cardiology Conference in Osaka, Japan.

September 2005 Clinical research involving AUDICOR® technology for monitoring changes in hemodynamics during resynchronization therapy optimization and bedside detection of heart failure is presented at the Heart Failure Society of America Annual Scientific Meeting held in Boca Raton, FL.

September 2005 Nihon Kohden Corporation and Inovise Medical Announce Partnership to Improve Cardiac Diagnosis; Collaboration Expands Inovise Geographic Reach and Delivers New Integrated Solutions for Earlier Diagnosis of Acute Heart Conditions.

August 2005 Inovise Medical Announces Introduction of New Portable AUDICOR® 200 Designed for Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Community.

July 2005 Inovise Medical enters into Asia with the opening of the Taiwan office located in Taipei.

July 2005 Inovise Medical initiates the HEart Failure and Audicor Technology for Rapid Diagnosis and Initial Treatment – HEARD-IT Trial.

May 2005 New clinical research on how AUDICOR®-detected S3 heart sounds help improve hospital metrics and the Emergency Department’s diagnostic accuracy of Acute Decompensated Heart Failure is presented at the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine held in New York, NY.

May 2005 Association Between Phonocardiographic Third and Fourth Heart Sounds and Objective Measures of Left Ventricular Function publication appears in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).

April 2005 Inovise Medical Announces Agreement with Delphi Medical Systems for Vital Signs Monitors.

April 2005 Inovise Medical to Present at Two Prestigious Investor Conferences: Invest Northwest 2005 and Medtech Insight’s 2005 in Circulation.

March 2005 New clinical research on the prevalence of digitally detected abnormal heart sounds in Acute Decompensated Heart Failure is presented at the 54th Annual Scientific Session of the American College of Cardiology in Orlando, FL.

February 2005 Inovise Medical receives 510(k) clearance for next generation product combining electrocardiography and heart sound analysis.

October 2004 Clinical study results examining the use of AUDICOR® for assisting Emergency Department physicians to predict heart failure at the bedside are presented at the American College of Emergency Physicians Annual Conference in San Francisco, CA.

September 2004 New clinical study results investigating heart sounds as markers for elevated left ventricular filling pressures and reduced ejection fraction are presented at the Heart Failure Society of America Annual Scientific Meeting in Toronto, Canada.

April 2004 AUDICOR® Cardiograph Expansion System by Inovise Medical Receives Medical Design Excellence Award.

March 2004 Inovise Medical is selected to present at the Invest Northwest Conference held in Seattle, Washington.

November 2003 FDA Clears New Audicor Cardiograph Expansion System from Inovise Medical. Inc.

October 2003 Welch Allyn, Inc. and Inovise Medical, Inc. Announce Collaboration on Next-Generation Cardiograph featuring Audicor Analysis.

July 2003 FDA clearance of the first cardiograph with Audicor Analysis.

May 2003 Awarded a Small Business Innovative Research Program grant from the Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.

February 2002 Closed first major round of institutional investor financing.

August 1999 First Atlas Monitor shipped.

January 1998 Partnered with Welch Allyn for distribution and manufacturing of Atlas Patient Monitor, a low cost, easy-to-use monitor for outpatient surgery and cost sensitive hospitals.

March 1997 Founded by senior managers and top engineers from Hewlett-Packard's Cardiology Division.
