Partners

Inovise Medical is partnering with leading global manufacturers of cardiology and medical equipment to bring the benefits of AUDICORŪ heart sound technology to clinicians worldwide. The following companies have agreed to integrate and distribute AUDICORŪ inside their medical devices.  Through partnership with these leaders, AUDICORŪ will be natively integrated so that clinicians receive the full benefits of AUDICORŪ when they purchase a device with AUDICORŪ inside from one of these manufacturers.

Nihon Kohden Corporation
In July 2005, Inovise Medical announced a multi-year agreement with Nihon Kohden Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of medical electronic equipment and the largest manufacturer of cardiology equipment in Japan and China.  Nihon Kohden will integrate Inovise’s AUDICORŪ technology into Nihon Kohden’s next generation of electrocardiographs.  Inovise Medical also developed a version of its AUDICORŪ Cardiograph Expansion System (AUDICORŪ CE) for Nihon Kohden to distribute for use with its market-leading cardiofax electrocardiograph line in Japan. When combined with Nihon Kohden's full-featured digital electrocardiograph platforms, AUDICORŪ will provide physicians with a powerful new tool for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment monitoring of heart disease at the point of care.  AUDICORŪ has already received regulatory clearance from the Ministry of Health Labor and Welfare in Japan.

Welch Allyn, Inc.
In late 2003, Inovise Medical and Welch Allyn, a leading global manufacturer of frontline medical products and solutions, announced a partnership to integrate AUDICORŪ in Welch Allyn’s next generation electrocardiographs.  This pioneering cardiology product will provide physicians with more useful and comprehensive data in the assessment and diagnosis of cardiac disease.  This collaboration is the latest element in a long-standing partnership between Inovise and Welch Allyn.  In August 1999, Welch Allyn launched the Atlas Patient Monitor, which had been developed through a manufacturing and distribution partnership between the two companies.  The Atlas Patient Monitor is a low cost, easy-to-use monitor for outpatient surgery and cost-sensitive hospitals, and continues to be widely used throughout the United States and Asia.  Welch Allyn, Inc. was founded in 1915 and is today a leading manufacturer of innovative medical diagnostic and therapeutic devices, electrocardiographs, cardiac defibrillators, patient monitoring systems, and miniature precision lamps.
